Avery-Jasper Kelly’s journey into health and wellness began with their own struggle with chronic pain. This personal experience sparked a deep passion for understanding and improving health, which naturally grew into a desire to help others.

Starting with Reiki, they discovered a connection to healing energy. The next step in their holistic practice was to become a certified aromatherapist.

The turning point was discovering massage therapy and receiving craniosacral therapy for pain relief. This hands-on approach became a true passion — uncovering the power of holistic massages and healing modalities.

In traditional massage therapy, Swedish massage is the basis of training. Avery-Jasper Kelly has expanded into holistic massage therapy by learning diverse massage modalities (e.g. somatic, reflexology) to expand their therapeutic touch and create personalized massage therapy sessions that address individual needs for diverse wellness journeys.

To better serve clients, Avery-Jasper pursued advanced training at the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy, becoming a Certified Lymphedema Therapist—which ignited the desire to learn more and further train in manual lymphatic drainage for post-plastic surgeries via the Academy of Lymphatic Studies.
